I'm sorry, but I won't be able to make it today.  I completely forgot that it was today and I have already told my boss that I'd work.  I wish there was some way I could come see you all get promoted to middle school.  This is a special day for you!!  Please don't be mad that I can't make it.  I wish all of you the best!  Good luck in the future.  Work hard and you'll succeed.

Hello Everyone!

I am excited about our field trip next week!  I hope that we have good weather.  I miss you all very much already.  I'm writing because I need your help.  I need some book suggestions.  I want to start collecting books for my own classroom library.  I know that all of you are reading some good books.  If there are any that you really love, please tell me the title and a little bit about it.  If you have any favorite authors, please share those too.  Thanks so much!  I hope school is going well for all of you.  Study hard and try your best.  The year isn't quite over yet.  Only ONE more month!

Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to officially say goodbye to everyone.  I will miss EVERY single one of you!  I'm touched that so many of you are so sad that I am leaving.  I wish you weren't sad.  I'll be back.  I am so glad that I had the opportunity to learn from such great students and teachers.  I hope that all of the kids in my FIRST class of my own are as smart and sweet as ALL of you.  I know that ALL of you will grow up and do something special with your life.  Good luck in the sixth grade!  I hope that you enjoy middle school.  If you want to keep in touch, you can comment here on my blog.  I'll check it as often as I can.
